A town with
many modern industries just off the D160 les Sables-d'Olonne to La
Roche-sur-Yon road. The early 20th century market hall in the middle of
the village has interesting wrought iron and blue glass.
As you leave the village in the direction of La Roche-sur-Yon look out for the gardens of Potager Extraordinaire on your right hand side. This kitchen garden used to teach aspects of gardening is open to the public.
