La Mie Caline museum at Sallertaine and its production plant at St.Jean-de-Monts offer an insight into the world of bread and traditional and modern bakery.
Throughout the summer the museum enables the visitors to experience the story bread and breadmaking on the site of the family's first bakery.
The profession of the master baker has undergone many changes over time. Come and learn about the history of the company at its production plant at;Route des Sable d'Olonne, Zac du Clousis, St.Jean de Monts which supplies the 200 shops that today make up the LaMie Caline chain.

Open: Museum; July ?August. Everyday 9h to 13h & 14.30h to 18.30h
