Musée André Deluol
1,Rue de l'Etendard. St.Michel-en-l'Herm
This
museum is dedicated to the works and memory of the sculpture Andre
Deluol (1909-2003) and houses more than 150 pieces of his work. His
works glorifies the human body and he sculptured in stone, wood, marble
as well as molten glass (daum). Many of the sketches on canvas from
which he worked are also on display.
Awarded the prestige title "chevalier des Arts et des Lettres" for his
outstanding achievements in the arts he was member of the "salon
d'Automne and the "salon des independants".
