In the house
of Réaumur you will be taken into the world of the great XV11 century
man of science. He was a local lord and director of the prestigious Académie Royale des Science.
Observe his many curiosities and passions on such diverse subjects as
porcelain, metals, insects, birds and review his studies of the forest.
Réaumur invented industrial steel, the spirit thermometer, how to
manufacture reliable anchors for the navy, how to build and operate
incubators and he also studied bees.
Let Réaumur guide you through his fantastic inventions, presented with the most modern and advanced museographical technologies.
Or you could take part in experiments , or visit his gardens.
