Brocantes
are establishments for the sale of used objects, they are a mix between junk
shops and antiques and usually have a little of both. They are governed by the
same laws as antique shops with regards to the conforming to registration of
business and guarantees as to the nature and quality of goods.
You may like
to while away a few hours looking at the various items for sale, in doing so
perhaps you will get a better idea of a past culture, and of course there is
always a chance that you may find a bargain.
