The
Brasserie Melusine is the first Brewery in the Vendée. Melusine brewery develops
bières artisanales et biologique (craft and biological). They are brewed in the
haut bocage from spring water, malted with barley, hops and local plants,
this top fermented beer is unfiltered, unpasteurized and re-fermented in the
bottle to retain all the flavours.
