On the marshes
of the Marais Breton amongst the rushes, reeds and popular trees this thatched
two room cottage was until recently the home of an old lady, and a photograph of
her still hangs on the wall. There are many items on display with explanations,
including the bed with its long legs as the water often rose 20cm above the
earth during the winter. The property is open to the public during the summer
season.
